Hello,
Does anyone have any formal indication of when support (both active and inactive) stops for the DOORS 8.x range of variants?
I believe that I heard the date January 2011 mentioned, but I can not find any documentation on the IBM website to supprot (or refute!) this.
Does someone have a link to a live IBM web page which defines the formal policy?
We need this to help persuade some suppliers to migrate to DOORS 9.2 with us when we migrate.

Take a look at the Rational product lifecycle dates page:

Of the DOORS 8.x versions, the only one on (inactive) support is 8.3 -- this support will end July 25, 2011. Support for DOORS 8.2 ended Jan. 31, 2010. Support for DOORS 8.1 ended Sep. 30, 2009.

I had found that page, but only looked for IBM Rational DOORS, so only found the DOORS 9 support expiry dates, it had not occurred to me to look at the bottom for Telelogic DOORS information.
